Disposition of Properties

During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020, we closed on the sale of a non-core outlet center in Terrell, Texas for gross proceeds of $8.0 million. During the nine months ended September 30, 2019, we closed on the sale of four non-core outlet centers for total gross proceeds of $130.5 million.
